Goals... Your Roadmap to Success! (con't)

USE A DAILY PLANNER

  • Create a special ritual around your daily planning so that it becomes a pleasurable habit.
  • Meditate on the positive results you expect to come.
  • Write your 6 most important things list every night before you go to bed.
  • Complete your A priority items from you list before you work on anything else.
  • Find a way to give back every day even it is just a friendly smile to someone you meet on the street. It costs you nothing and it could mean the world to someone who is depressed!
  • Help mentor another person by finding a buddy to work with. This means increased accountability for both of you. If both of you are as committed to his or her goal as you are to your own, the journey will be that much more fun and profitable.

Make a list of all the things you enjoy doing and when you have a success from your increased focus and activity, celebrate your victory! Enjoy the journey and appreciate everything you have, especially your friends and family! Life is too short and friends are few!
